Why the fuck do people hate Skylar?
She has never done anything I considered unreasonable. Walt suddenly started changing after his diagnoses and started keeping BIG secrets, after a life together with no secrets.
She finds out about all these lies and when he can’t explain himself, she leaves, which is perfectly fucking reasonable; would YOU want to live with someone close to you who has suddenly begun acting like a different person completely and lying to you?
And then she fucking become supportive and takes him back after finding out that the big thing is that he’s a fucking meth manufacturer. She decides to become a criminal herself, helping Walt to launder the money, staying married so that she can’t be forced to testify against him… and keeping her children in the line of very possible danger.
Every character on that show has done things that have made me go ‘nooo why ugh’… like shit, she didn’t have to fuck Ted for instance. But that’s what makes these characters likable, their flaws, they act like real people, they make mistakes, they make judgements…
I can understand not liking her that much but I can’t see any reason to hate. In fact i can see more reasons to hate Walt! but like, facebook groups dedicated to hating Skylar? I don’t even see her as that much of a bitch. What the hell…
